Beef Tacos – Prep Go

Preheat oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit
Heat a pan over medium heat and add olive oil
Once pan is hot, add onion and garlic, and sautée
Add the ground beef, taco seasoning and green chilis. Use a spoon to break down the beef. Allow the mixture to cook until the beef is completely browned and cooked through, stirring occasionally. Once the beef is done cooking, remove the pan from the heat.
Stir in chopped cilantro, along with a cup of the shredded Mexican cheese and the lim
To prepare the tacos, wrap the tortillas in a damp paper towel, then microwave until it softens
Get out a baking sheet and gently fill the tortillas with filling before closing them up and placing them into the oven for 10 minutes
After 10 minutes take them out of the oven and change it to broil. Place the tacos back into the oven for 2 minutes for a nice crisp
Top off your tacos with a garnish of your choice
